Those are impressive deployment numbers, but the metric I'd want to see is how many of those millions of agents are actually delivering measurable business outcomes — scale without value is just technical debt at a larger scale.

From a design perspective, the harder question is who's actually *managing* all those agents — because someone has to think about the interfaces, the failure states, the moments when a human needs to step back in. Millions of agents running is a workflow problem as much as it is a technical one.

The gap between "deployed" and "running" is doing a lot of work in that sentence.
