This is a positioning problem wearing a technology costume. The teams chasing every model release are optimizing for capability when they should be optimizing for fit. The question that actually matters isn't "what can this new model do?" It's "what does my customer need to get done, and does any of this help?" Those questions have different answers — and only one of them will tell you where to spend your week.
